We’ve seen more and more VA Loan offers recently on our listings due to all of the Veterans who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Veterans and active duty personnel who are first time home buyers can now apply for up to $5000 of closing cost and down payment assistance from the Pentagon Federal Credit Union Foundation through its Dream Makers program.
