Matt Wieber has been selling St Cloud MN real estatefor Coldwell Banker Burnet since 1998 after graduating from St John’s University, in nearby Collegeville MN.  His studies in business management and accounting helped him get off to a fast start; being named the company’s top new agent that year. 

He now holds the designation of GRI, a degree reserved for real estate agents that pursue a higher level of advanced education. He served for several years on the St Cloud Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and was chair of their Governmental Affairs committee.  After a couple years on his own Matt started his real estate team, which has now sold over 580 homes and over $85 million in sales volume.



Tom Glieden is originally from Hutchinson MN and teamed up with Matt in 2007. Tom earned a degree from Ridgewater College in Willmar with an emphasis in Business and a Communications Degree from St. Cloud State University. After joining Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2006 he produced over $2 million in sales his first year.

Collectively the team is recognized as prominent members of Coldwell Banker Burnet’s International Presidents Elite. They consistently place in the top 1% of home sales in Central MN.
