Matt Wieber has been selling St Cloud MN real estate since 1998 after graduating from St John’s University, in nearby Collegeville MN. He worked for more than twelve years at Coldwell Banker Burnet and was consistently named as one of the top producers in the company; including being recognized in the top 40 agents for Listings Sold in 2010 among thousands of agents. In 2011 Matt joined the fastest growing real estate company in the area, Premier Real Estate Services.
Matt heads a small team of agents that has produced well over $100 million in sales volume. He holds the designation of GRI, a degree reserved for real estate agents that pursue a higher level of advanced education. He served for several years on the St Cloud Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors and was chair of their Governmental Affairs committee. Matt and his family love the quality of life in Central MN and are happy to call Saint Cloud home!
Matt Imdieke has been in the real-estate business for over five years, first as an investor specializing in rental property management and now as an agent. Upon obtaining his license he quickly established himself as a multi-million dollar producer. Matt grew up on a family farm around Melrose MN. After graduating high school in 2002 he joined the Army National Guard and served tours in Bosnia and Iraq. He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He recently got married and bought a home in the St. Cloud area. Matt truly enjoys being a realtor and helping his clients with all their real estate needs.
Scott Lynch received his real estate license while studying at St Cloud State University in 2001. He and Matt Wieber worked together for several years early in their careers and both were excited to make the move to Premier Real Estate to once again work together.
